Leeds United and Celtic now among ‘host of clubs’ interested in signing £15m attacker this summer

Leeds United could be about to enter a five-way transfer battle for a highly-sought after attacker this summer.

Celtic, Ipswich Town, West Ham and Everton are all said to have been ‘credited with an interest’ in a deal for one of the most prolific players in England over the last 12 months.

 

The 59-time Finland star is the sixth player to be sold by Leeds this summer after Archie Gray’s £40m move to Spurs, Marc Roca and Diego Llorente’s joining Betis, Kris Klaesson and Charlie Crresswell.

But is unlikely to be the last permanent sale made by who are looking to balance the books and bring in some much-needed cash after failure to gain promotion last season, under Farke.
