SHOCKING NEWS;He is back finally…

There’s a lot to be happy about at Elland Road at the moment, but it is not all good as Leeds United chase Premier League promotion.

It’s been a very up and down start to the season. After the heartbreak of losing the play-off final at Wembley to Southampton, there were Leeds United fans who were optimistic and those fearful that the West Yorkshire club could see their talented squad get torn apart.

Then the start to the season was up and down, then as Leeds found form they lost skipper Ethan Ampadu to injury alongside midfield partner Iilia Gruev, which created significant problems in the midfield for the Whites.

Joe Rothwell and Ao Tanaka have stepped up and now they have reinforcements with Leeds United confirming the signing of Josuha Guilavogui as a free agent to bolster their midfield options. There could also be more moves coming with former Liverpool forward Ryan Kent linked alongside current Liverpool ace, Tyler Morton.

But at Elland Road, it’s never perfect.

As Leeds find form despite the loss of Ampadu and Gruev, the Whites have lost two more stars ahead of their clash against Bristol City. Frustratingly, in form fullback Junior Firpo has been ruled out by a suspension after collecting five yellow cards.

But the more devastating blow is that of Largie Ramazani, with the forward limping off with an ankle injury after giving Leeds the lead against Watford in the 2-1 win at Elland Road on Tuesday (22nd October).

After the game, Leeds boss Daniel Farke confirmed that the forward was likely to miss the game on Saturday lunchtime against Bristol City and now the news looks even worse than many had hoped.

Ramazani took to Instagram posting a black and white picture of him injured with the caption “I will be back…” seemingly indicating that he will be out for a long period of time
