Sean Dyche has admitted he would like to add more Premier League-experienced players to his Everton ranks, leaving it up to Kevin Thelwell to give him what he wants.
Everton have been proactive in the summer transfer window thus far, bringing in Tim Iroegbunam, Iliman Ndiaye, Jake OโBrien, Jasper Lindstrom and Jack Harrison, the latter returning on loan.

As reported by Liverpool Echo (4 August), Dyche is now eager to add more experience to his side before the window closes on 30 August.
โIf we can,โ he said. โThese are good players who I believe will develop further but itโs a different demand when the real stuff starts and you play in the Premier League.
โThatโs always the challenge for players when they havenโt done it and then come in and they go: โRight, here we really goโ. The quicker we can get them involved, the quicker we can hit the ground running.โ
Sean Dyche wants stability at Everton
When it comes to the transfer market, it feels like thereโs something of an identity crisis ongoing at Goodison Park.
On one hand, trying to pick out future stars from overseas is a high-risk, high-reward situation. On the other, it can be easy to slip back into something more comfortable.

With that being said, it does feel like the Toffees are starting to lean into the โsign experienceโ mentality. Just recently, theyโve shown interest in trying to sign Tammy Abraham.
Up and down the Premier League, youโll find experienced names who arenโt getting consistent time in the first team.
Thereโs no guarantee that Everton will serve as an alluring move to them, but itโs wise for Dyche to get people in who really understand the assignment.
From there, itโs all about building momentum towards breaking away from the bottom third of the division.
