Robin Propper is now on his way to Glasgow and his Rangers medical is set to be carried out within the next 24 hours, according to Barry Anderson.

The Edinburgh News journalist reported via X on 31 July that the FC Twente defender is already travelling to Scotland ahead of his proposed Light Blues switch, with tests due to completed by lunch time on Wednesday 1 August.

An update on the Daily Record’s website (31July, 11.42am) says that the 30-year-old is set to touch down in the city the same day.

Rangers have agreed a fee with his Eredivisie employers but personal terms and the medical tests still need to be cleared, according to Scott Burns.
