Nottingham Forest agree on deal to sign Kalvin Phillips on loan from Man City

There’s been significant positive developments in the Reds’ efforts to sign the 24-year-old this summer. On Wednesday, Talleres president Andrés Fassi his side are optimistic of closing Sosa’s sale to Nottingham Forest.
