The pundit fears the much-needed senior signings that Clement will have wanted to bring in will increasingly be signing elsewhere with so much of the transfer window already past.
He exclusively told “The board need to get their act together, they need to get their fingers out.
They’ve brought in a manager that’s ambitious, but you’ve got to give him the tools to go and bring these guys in.
“They keep saying there’s no money but with the likes of some of the guys going out the door it’s going to free up a bit of cash.
