The 38-year-old is clearly getting a bit impatient in regards to Nottingham Forest delaying the 2024/25 kits.
Nottingham Forest revealed new training gear on Monday – after Ola Aina had already partly leaked it on Snapchat – although Broad is not content.
The man born in Nottingham wrote “come on hit us with the match kit” in response to Nottingham Forest releasing next season’s training gear – a comment which received almost 200 likes as many fans clearly agree
In fairness to Nottingham Forest, the training shirt looks very smart, with some fans in the comments section even arguing that it perhaps should have been the official home shirt.
Cricket legend was more pleased by other news
Broad was clearly left unfulfilled by Nottingham Forest releasing the new training gear without the home shirt accommodating it – although he was more pleased by other news coming from the City Ground.
Nottingham Forest announced on Tuesday morning that Nottingham Forest Women are now a full-time, professional football club, who will play their 11 home fixtures at the City Ground from next season.
