DREAMS REBORN: Nottngham Forest Chases ambition in the New Season as Nuno unveils New Strategy…

Nottingham Forest have reached a verbal agreement with Talleres to sign winger Ramón Sosa, with the fixed amounts and objectives now being defined.

That’s who, alongside reports that Nottingham Forest may now be set to get the Paraguayan winger.

Sosa has been linked with a move to the Premier League for months and it is Nottingham Forest who have stepped forward as his main suitors.

The matter has been backwards and forwards since then, with a report last night indicating a deal was close then being shot down by Talleres’ president, who was seemingly unhappy with how Nottingham Forest were behaving in negotiations. He seemed unimpressed by their bids for the forward, but it appears his mind has now been changed with Grova reporting that Nottingham Forest are set to pay $15m including bonuses.

He states that a deal has been done and is backed up by Merlo, who says there is a verbal agreement in place ‘on the macro level’ and the various parties are now working on the finer, final details. Both report that Sosa will sign a five-year deal.

, meanwhile, also report that a deal has now been agreed after President Andrés Fassi accepted the latest offer. He’s reportedly now flown to England with the player to complete the move.

We’re sure those details will be forthcoming sooner rather than later but for now, Sosa appears to finally be joining Nottingham Forest after weeks of backwards and forwards on the matter.
