Celtic are less than 48 hours away from kicking off the defence of their title – and the mood in the camp appears to be a relaxed one.
The champions welcome to Parkhead on Sunday afternoon for “flag day”, where Brendan Rodgers and his players will walk onto the pitch to a crescendo of noise in recognition of their league and double last season. Ahead of the new campaign, boss Rodgers insists the side’s pre-season schedule could not have gone any better, with the Hoops scoring impressive friendly victorious against Premier League giants Manchester City and Chelsea.
