Flamengo striker Pedro has already had his fair share of ups and downs in his career and the last few days have brought it all together in a disappointing way.Brazil have reported today that during Brazil’s training session in Curitiba yesterday, Pedro sustained an anterior cruciate ligament injury to his left knee. This was followed by many Brazil players sharing messages of support on social media for the Selecao striker.
The injury comes as a huge blow for Pedro, who has scored 30 times in all competitions for Flamengo in 2024 and has become a very consistent goalscorer for them in recent years after an underwhelming time at Fiorentina.
