Nottingham Forest might have points on the board this season but a desire to improve doesn’t stop for the Reds.
Forest are reaping the rewards of a very meticulous transfer window that saw 11 new players come through the door. Two of those players – Marko Stamenic and David Carmo – joined Olympiacos on loan and things look very settled at the City Ground.
The likes of Elliot Anderson and Nikola Milenkovic have made a serious impact, whilst Alex Moreno has been a successful loan signing.
Forest are working hard behind the scenes though to continue the improvements and players are starting to get linked ahead of January.Forest have had plenty of success when it comes to the South American transfer market.
Manchester City considered signing Murillo before Forest parted with £10.6 million for his signature in 2023 and now he’s worth an absolute fortune.
Danilo has been another shrewd signing and Forest will look forward to him returning from a broken ankle sustained on the opening day of the season.
