welcomed s seventh signing of the summer on Friday night when Ramon Sosa completed his move from Talleres.
There is just under two weeks remaining in the transfer window before it shuts until January but Forest are still looking to do more.
And one area of the pitch which is becoming increasingly apparent to be where the Reds want to see improvement is left-back.
Left-back is certainly an area which the Reds want to add to but they face serious competition for his signature.
Moreno has now played 48 times for Villa since signing for them back in 2023 where he has returned three goals and three assists.
However, he only made 21 appearances in the Premier League last season with just 11 of those coming from the starting XI.
But he is a player who has been rated highly since his move from Real Betis in a deal which cost Villa around £13m just over a year ago.
