Dujon Sterling ‘not risked’ as Philippe Clement explains Rangers squad for Union Berlin clash

Philip clement has explained his decision to leave out of Rangers’ friendly vs Union Berlin.

The versatile defender was posted missing this afternoon before his side’s clash in Germany as the club revealed the starting XI via their social media channels. Sterling is a fan favourite and was a noticeable omission as squad list was confirmed.

The manager, though, was quick to tell supporters that he suffered a “small muscle injury” and was not risked for the game to ensure he’s as ready as he can be for the beginning of the new season when it comes
