Nottingham Forest have been given the green light to proceed with a move for highly-rated Palmeiras striker Riquelme Fillipi.
According to the proposal is for 80 per cent of the player’s economic rights and Palmeiras are happy for negotiations to continue.
They have left the decision down to Fillipi and his representatives as to whether he decides to swap South America for Nottingham
