Nottingham Forest could agree ‘top signing’ after Che Adams news – Wyness
Everton’s former chief Keith Wyness has insisted Che Adams would be a “top signing” for Nottingham Forest this summer.
the 66-year-old – who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs – claimed the Scotland international would add between 10-15 goals to Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.
The 28-year-old has now left Southampton after his contract expired on 30 June, meaning he is free to join a new club immediately.
Adams enjoyed an impressive campaign with Russell Martin’s side after scoring 17 goals and laying on six assists in 46 appearances, helping them secure promotion back to the Premier League.
Wyness believes the forward would fit into Nuno’s system due to his work off the ball and his eye for goal.
